It's on our bills, on whether we could get the kids to school on time, on whether we'll get a promotion, and many other things, all as well. This is the Beta mind state: the everyday mind state, perfect for multi-tasking.
But - Beta is lousy for manifestation, as your attention is too scattered. If you are trying to use a technique like affirmations to manifest, it's difficult to get your affirmations to create your dreams in a Beta mind state. Your affirmations have zero power.
You can create whoever you hire to manifest. In essence, you can create something beyond nothing. You're already manifesting living and circumstances which currently surround you. You'll be able to change these circumstances and manifest different things. All it takes is a secret ingredient.
The key ingredient to manifestation is meditation. Once you meditate, you will find that it is easy to manifest exactly what you want, because your attention is single-pointed: it's focused like a laser beam. When your attention is focused, what your attention is centered on manifests, and often quicker than you think possible.
In just ten minutes a day, or two times a day if you're keen, it is possible to change your life. You can manifest anything that you truly desire. This sounds somewhat outrageous claim, however it is quite easy to test it for yourself. After all, everyone can spare ten minutes a day.

Manifest that which you truly desire
Perhaps you've already tried affirmations to manifest a brand new car, or a job, or a better relationship. Then, when nothing changed, you stopped, believing that affirmations were pointless. Affirmations do give you results. However they work if you are in an accepting, meditative state whenever you repeat your affirmations, because within this state you're much better - your attention concentrates.
When you start the manifestation process with meditation, you're dealing with yourself, rather than against yourself. Experienced meditators claim that they know when what they already want is on its way to them: there exists a "click", a feeling of connection. If this connection happens they know that nothing can prevent their desire from manifesting. This connection always occurs in a meditative state.
Ten mins a day for 7 days
This Manifestation Meditation takes just ten mins a day for a week.

Here we go: a week to manifesting your dreams.
The 1st step: Emptiness and compassionate silence
Within this manifestation process, you start with relaxation, silence, sufficient reason for complete acceptance. On this silence over the next days, you will see that your true desires will come to you. So for today's meditation, just relax, focus on your breathing, and let it go.
Optimally, you'll be hearing a Brain Sync program as you meditate, because you can achieve Alpha and Theta mind states more easily. Put on your headphones, and sit or sleep the night in a comfortable position together with your spine straight, and relax.
When you've completely relaxed, as well as your mind is calm, call to mind a being, or perhaps a force, that you escort compassion. This may be a spiritual figure, or a place in nature, or even the earth, or the stars. Bring this being, or this place to mind, and allow you to ultimately feel the compassion, and also the kindness, that's extended to you personally.
Enjoy the compassionate presence for some minutes.
Step Two: Intuition and concepts
Today, relax and be completely comfortable again, and allow your mind clear. If you're using a Brain Sync program, place your headphones on, and enable the program to carry you into Alpha and Theta.
Gradually, silence will enfold you. Then, require your compassionate being to supply kindness to you again - or allow yourself to feel this kindness from nature.
Now think of what you want to manifest. You may know what this is, try not to be surprised if you envision something completely different that you wish to manifest.
Breathe deeply. Relax. If you feel that you're becoming uncomfortable, just concentrate on your breathing or possibly a time, and listen to the music in your program. Sometimes you have got so much attachment in your desires that it feels uncomfortable.
Watch for synchronicity in your daily life
We're all intuitive, but not w suppress our intuition. Your day-to-day meditations will lead to you encountering synchronicities in your daily life. Just take note of those events when they occur. They're a sign that you've developed a connection, that your meditation is working.
Step Three: Expression
In today's meditation, connect to the silence, and the compassionate state again. Allow yourself to completely relax, and feel happy and serene. Many times yourself smiling within your meditation.
If you've decided on what you want to manifest, state it aloud, if you're alone, or silently if you are not: "I want to manifest a fresh car"; "I want to manifest a fresh job, with a salary 25 per cent more than I'm earning"; or "I need a new relationship - I would like to find my soul mates."
Step Four: Emotion
In our meditation, access the silence and also the compassionate states again. State your manifestation-desire like you already have what you want. Yesterday, you've made the connection, and what you wish is already yours - it's totally yours, so state it doing this: "I now have my wonderful new car"; "I love my new position, with my enhanced salary"; "I and my true love have found each other, and every day life is wonderful."
Allow yourself to feel happy and grateful which you have what you want. Give thanks that what you've called for has already been given to you.
As soon as your meditation is over, you may feel an impulse to do something - make a phone call, or speak to someone. This impulse arrives without emotion. Here is your intuition at work. It has been triggered by your meditations, and can help you to manifest.
Fifth step: Will
Today, you will activate your will within your meditation. Your will isn't what's commonly regarded as will-power, that white-knuckle do-or-die feeling. Your will is decision and acceptance. It's not as much an emotion as a feeling - an awareness - of inevitability.
Access the silence and the compassionate states again because you have done before. And again, state your manifestation-desire as though you already have it. Say: "I will have my wonderful new car"; "I love my new position, with my enhanced salary"; "I and my soul mate have found each other, and life's wonderful."
Now access your will, which can be centered in your hara.
In martial arts the source of your will and power can be your hara, a point inside your body, about two inches below your navel. Additionally it is known as the dan tien. It is a major focus of chi, of life force energy within your body. Imagine this point in your system as a small division of red glowing light, as being a candle flame, or a glowing golden ball.
Notice the bodily sensations that you've in your hara. Don't try to change them in any way, just notice any tightness, and other sensation. Then permit the restrictions you have there to produce, and allow the energy of one's hara center to flow increase spine and from the top of your head.
Step Six: Imagination
Begin today's meditation, while you usually do. Get the silence and the compassionate states again. Then, state your manifestation-desire as if you already have what you want. Feel hapy and grateful for your new life - for your manifestation which is already yours.
Enable your attention move to your hara. Suppose the light in your hara, and feel the sensations. Let the energy of the hara flow up your spine, and your top of your head.
Because you release this energy, imagine your manifestation - picture it at all you can, whether it's by creation, by sounds, by feelings. Imagine your brand-new life, with your manifestation in it. Imagine events, detailed with sight and sound. What does your family think about your manifestation?
Step Seven: Manifestation
Today, your manifestation process is complete. Whether you realize it consciously or otherwise not, your manifestation obtained care of.
In today's meditation, keep to the same process you've followed during the last days. Here it is in a nutshell, so that you can memorize it:
1. Silence and compassionate acceptance;
2. Express: speak your manifestation aloud, or silently, and feel the emotion of its fulfillment;
3. Sense the energy of your will within your hara, and allow it to advance up and from your body;
4. Imagine your lifetime with the manifestation complete.

You can to use this process. Your life has already begun to change. Expanding, and manifesting, applying this simple meditation. With time, you can access this "manifestation mind state" within A minute or less in your daily life. For instance, if you're about to give you a presentation, use the meditation to both relax yourself, and manifest a wonderful outcome.
